How It Works

Thanks for considering Krispy Kreme for your fundraising needs. The details of our fundraising programs will vary from community to community so be sure to discuss details with your local store manager. Here is how it works:

  • Call your local Krispy Kreme to find out what your discount is for fundraising doughnuts, certificates or partnership cards.
  • Once you know the selling price and profit, you can determine how many dozens, cards or certificates you need to sell to reach your fundraising goal. We recommend preselling your doughnuts, cards or certificates, starting a couple of weeks before the date you and your local store agree on for pick-up. Your local store can provide you with presell sheets to help keep track of your orders or simply click "Fundraising Forms" above to download "printer friendly" forms.
  • Collect the money as you take the order. Orders are made fresh the day of pickup or delivery. The amount of advanced notice required will vary with location. Check with the store prior to starting your fundraising to determine when your order must be placed. Deliver fresh doughnuts to your customers.
  • HAVE FUN!

Four Ways to Raise Funds

Traditional Doughnut Sales

We offer our doughnuts to non-profit groups at a reduced price, which are then resold for full retail price, or slightly higher. Pre-selling doughnuts to family, friends and neighbors or selling doughnuts at high-traffic areas such as shopping centers or community festivals can generate significant funds.

Certificates

Certificates are an alternative to selling actual doughnuts. Your customers redeem each certificate for one dozen Original Glazed doughnuts at any participating Krispy Kreme retail store. Just as delicious and customers can pick up their doughnuts right when that Krispy Kreme craving hits them!

Partnership Cards

If your school or organization is within 30 minutes of a Krispy Kreme store, you may want to consider selling Partnership Cards as a fundraiser. With a Partnership Card, customers get a free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts with the purchase of a dozen of their choice. Their card gets punched each time they use it and they can use it up to ten times (limit of 3 free dozen per visit).

Please Note: Partnership cards and certificates are vaild only at participating Krispy Kreme retail stores. Not redeemable at grocery stores or convenience stores or any other location that is not a Krispy Kreme retail store.

Coffee

Krispy Kreme's Signature Coffees are now available for fundraising in participating markets. We have four great coffee blends: Smooth, Bold, Rich and Robust Decaf. Try selling 12 oz. bags on their own or with our other fundraising products. When you sell Krispy Kreme Signature Coffees for your fundraising activity, your profit is $3.00 or more per bag. Ask store managers for details.

Have a Doughnut Day!

A Doughnut Day is a one day fundraiser that can earn your school thousands!

How it Works:

  • Determine how much money you need and see how many people will be able to help you.
  • Set a reasonable goal for each person (for example, each person sells only 10 dozen)
  • Then follow the three easy steps below to have a fun and profitable doughnut day.

Kick off

  • Have some activity where you announce the fundraiser and challenge everybody to participate.
  • Structure the sale period to last no more than 10 days. Example: Kick it off on Friday and have the first turn in for money and orders the following Friday with a final turn in on Monday. This allows two week ends for sales.

Pre-sell

  • Collect the money from customers as they order.
  • Everyone is challenged to reach the goal.
  • Have an incentive for each person that reaches the individual goal… “Extra Library time” … “Extra PE Time” … “Free ticket to the school dance” … “Ticket to a special assembly or school program” … “Free time in the Gym or Computer Lab”

Doughnut Day!

  • Order your Doughnuts for “Doughnut Day”
  • Call your store to arrange for pick up or delivery.
  • Doughnuts are made fresh and should be delivered to the customers that day or no later than the following day.
  • On Doughnut Day your sale is over and you have your money for your fundraiser.

AZ pricing is as follows:

  • 25-299 dozen cost $3.25/dozen
  • 100-299 is $3.00/dozen
  • 300-599 is $2.75/dozen
  • 600 plus is $2.50/dozen
  • Fund Assorted Varieties is $4.00/dozen
  • Certificates are $3.50
  • Partnership Cards are $6.00
  • Coffee is $5.00
